The HTS-101 is a high flow, dual system, diesel powered, portable hydraulic test stand, controlled by a PLC and includes the following features:
- 280HP Cummins diesel engine including engine controller connected to the system controller using CAN-BUS interface.
The engine’s speed is controlled by the system controller in order to optimize its operation and lower its fuel consumption .
- Two supply lines of 0…53 gpm and 0…5000psi each, which can be combined to a single, dual flow 0…106 gpm line, where each line is controlled seperately by the operator.
- Built in Pall purification system
- Aircraft reservoir fill and drain
- Indication of engine’s data, system pressures, flow, hydraulic fluid level and more
- Extreme operation temperatures: -40°C ÷ 60°C
- 3µm Absolute filtration
The HPU incorporates safety features designed to prevent damage to the tested aircraft and the HPU system including:
- Emergency stop button
- Automatic setting of main relief pressure as a function of the operation pressure
- Automatic alerts and shutdowns in case of a malfunction
- Engine protection
