The BL Black Granit platform is a detachable self-energized platform, mounted on a Polaris off-road vehicle. The platform allows transportation and deployment of tactical Ground Surveillance Radar and COMMINT system.
The platform detaches from ATV, stabilizes, raises the radar and levels it to position automatically. Deployment is possible in slopes up to 7°, leveling accuracy is ±0.2 ° to the horizon. The Granit platform carries a 1.92kW generator and batteries that allows prolong operation.
