A decision of a database owner not to allow inspection of information stored therein or a decision rejecting an application to amend or delete information, may be appealed by the person making the request in the manner set out in the regulations.

Changes in the Privacy Policy.
We may amend or update the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made to this Privacy Policy, notice to that effect shall be posted on the Website at least 7 days prior to the effective date of said changes – unless changes are made to the Policy according to applicable law or a demand of any competent authority, in which case the changes shall enter into effect according to the provisions of the law or the demand as aforesaid. Your continued use of the Website following such updates constitutes your consent to the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated terms, please refrain from any further use of the Website.
